Permanently enchant a cloak to give 12 dodge rating. This equates to 0.634% dodge at level 70.
Comparisons:
- 12 agility gives a level 70 Warrior 0.40% dodge/0.36% crit, Paladin 0.48% dodge/0.48% crit, and Druid 0.816% dodge/0.48% crit (plus 12 AP in cat form).
- 12 defense rating gives a Warrior or Paladin 0.61% avoidance, 0.20% less chance to be crit and 0.20% block. A Druid gains 0.41% avoidance and 0.20% less chance to be crit.

[Formula: Enchant Cloak - Dodge] is dropped by bosses in both the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj and the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus.
In Patch 2.2, this formula became available from the Lower City Quartermaster, using level 70 reagents. It requires exalted reputation.
As of Patch 3.0.2, this enchant can only be applied to items of item level 35 and above, excluding it from the level 10-19 and 20-29 twinking brackets.
