Definitely worth obtaining for guild tanks, ESPECIALLY the main tank. Two percent could make all the difference between success or a wipe.

Before Patch 2.2, it was only available as a drop from Emperor Vek'nilash in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus.
