The Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj and Temple of Ahn'Qiraj instances (published in Patch 1.9) introduced nine new Enchanting artisan recipes. All of which are bind on pickup formulas for cloak or gloves and require between 2 and 4 Nexus Crystals in addtion to other components. Most of the bosses in Ahn'Qiraj have a low chance (around 1.5%) to drop one of these formulas. However, formulas for Enchant Cloak - Subtlety and Enchant Gloves - Threat are exclusive drops to Vek'lor and Vek'nilash respectively.
