For those who had the old types of vellums, they have been converted to  [Ruined Vellum] that can be converted to Enchanting Vellum.

Notes Edit

• Ring enchants cannot be used on Enchanting Vellum, because they cause the target item to become soulbound.

Patches and hotfixes Edit

• / Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Armor Vellum converted to Enchanting Vellum and all others converted to Ruined Vellum; another version added for unknown reason.
