The Enraged Panther is a hostile level 30 elite panther found in a cage in the Thousand Needles. [22.83, 24.57]
Wizlo Bearingshiner's caravan was transporting the panther until it was attacked by centaurs. Wizlo has the Panther Cage Key, but had left a gizmo tied around the panther's neck.
The Enraged Panther cannot be tamed.
