Envoy Ripfang

Envoy Ripfang is the Horde ambassador to The Kalu'ak in Moa'ki Harbor, under the guidance of Elder Ko'nani. He and his Alliance counterpart Emissary Skyhaven seem to be giving the Elder a headache.
