This item can be used to douse the runes of the Firelords in the Molten Core raid instance.

Patch ChangesEdit

• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20):  Aqual Quintessence and Eternal Quintessence are no longer needed to extinguish runes to reach  Majordomo Executus.
  
• Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-20): New revered option for Hydraxian Waterlords faction allows players to receive a non-consumable version of Aqual Quintessence
