This item can be acquired from Duke Hydraxis in Azshara upon reaching revered reputation with the Hydraxian Waterlords faction.
Usage
This item can be used to douse the runes of the Firelords in the Molten Core raid instance.
Patch Changes
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Aqual Quintessence and Eternal Quintessence are no longer needed to extinguish runes to reach 
Majordomo Executus.
Patch 1.11.0 (20-Jun-2006): New revered option for Hydraxian Waterlords faction allows players to receive a non-consumable version of Aqual Quintessence
