Ethel Rethor
Ethel Rethor (location 41,31) is a night elven ruin in the far northwest of Desolace. Most of the ruins are located under-water with the exception of a lone tower with a small bridge leading to an un-openable entrance. In the shadow of the tower, to the immediate north, there is a representative of the Argent Dawn named Azore Aldamort.
As with many other coastal elven ruins this one is also inhabited by naga, though they seem to avoid the tower entirely.
