General information
- Awards 30 reputation with The Violet Eye when killed.
- Immune to Curse of Tongues.
Attacks and abilities
- Basic Melee: 9,000 on cloth.
- Spatial Distortion: Stacking debuff (up to 15) on entire raid, 3% less intellect and spirit per application. Resistable (it is Arcane). Not dispel-able. Removed by Cloak of Shadows.
- Arcane Volley: Multi-target arcane spell for around 2,000 a hit.
- Steal Magic: Self-buff, +8% spell damage for 2 minutes. Subject to Spellsteal, and stacks (up to 10 times, but due to timer maxes out at 5).
- Transference: Magic debuff that transfers heals on the target to the spellfilcher. It is possible to bounce a chain heal to another mob in this manner, automatically pulling it.
Strategy
These mobs are single-pulls and should be burnt as quickly as possible to prevent them from using their wide array of unpleasant abilities. Mages should steal their rather nice self-buff. Dispel Transference if it is applied.
