Eviscerator is a level 54 elite white worgen that sometimes appears in Blackrock Depths.

When a player enters the Ring of Law in the Depths, an arena event will occur where players have to face three waves of non-elite enemies and finally an elite mini-boss. Eviscerator is one of six possible mini-bosses that could appear. The other ones are Anub'shiah, Grizzle, Gorosh the Dervish, Hedrum the Creeper, and Ok'thor the Breaker.

• Rend - Melee physical bleed.
• Shadow Bolt Volley - ?
• Anti-Magic Shield - Becomes "immune" to all spells. DOTs applied before the shield will remain effective. Duration: ? (less than 21 seconds)
