exalted reputation with Silvermoon City.

Non-Blood Elf horde characters must:

completed [80] The Valiant's Challenge (Horde) (for your race)
complete [80] Valiant Of Silvermoon
complete the Blood Elf version of The Valiant's Challenge and be exalted as above.

If you complete this achievement, you will be rewarded with 10 .
