Exploding Shots are a quest reward from the quest Stealing Supplies which starts with Uthek the Wise in Desolace. To complete the quest, you must turn the following item to Uthek the Wise:
You must also be Friendly with the Gelkis Clan Centaur.
Notes
This quest is the only source for Exploding Shots, and it is not repeatable.
