The reagents required are collected from the third-to-last and second-to-last quests of the blood elf paladin's epic mount quest chain. The Tyr's Hand Holy Water can be found in the Abbey in Tyr's Hand. The Arcane Catalyst is purchased from Zalle in Silvermoon's Bazaar for 50
. The Crepuscular Powder is purchased from Darlia, the poisons vendor in Silvermoon's Murder Row, for 150 . The Azerothian diamond can be found from thorium veins in Azeroth. The Pristine Black Diamond drops in instances.
