The Eye of C'Thun begins a short chain quest:

You get to choose one of the following at the end of the quest chain:

Eye of C'Thun Rewards

Amulet of the Fallen God Binds when picked up Neck +11 Stamina Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases healing done by up to 57 and damage done by up to 19 for all magical spells and effects. Equip: Restores 6 mana per 5 sec.

Cloak of the Fallen God Binds when picked up Back 76 Armor +26 Agility +11 Strength +15 Stamina Requires Level 60

Ring of the Fallen God Binds when picked up Unique Finger +6 Intellect +5 Stamina Requires Level 60 Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 37. Equip: Increases your spell hit rating by 8.

Note

Eye of C'Thun is also the name of C'Thun's gigantic eyeball form in phase 1.
