Eye of the Storm Emissaries are level 55 Eye of the Storm recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Alliance cities - Darnassus, the Exodar, Ironforge, and Stormwind, as well as the neutral Shattrath City.
NOTE: They are only available during the monthly (Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm).
