Eye of the Storm Envoys are level 55 Eye of the Storm recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity, as well as the neutral Shattrath City.
NOTE: They are only available during the monthly (Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm).
