Faction Insignia

Faction Insignia (also known as Team Insignia) are trinkets made available to players once they have accumulated sufficient honor points. The trinkets are called either Insignia of the Alliance or Insignia of the Horde depending on the character's faction. The insignia are notable in that they have no level requirement, meaning they may be acquired at any level of battlegrounds. In addition, unlike most of the other rewards, they require no Marks of Honor. These can be purchased from the faction Officer Accessories Quartermaster in their respective cities; Stormwind and Orgrimmar for 2,805

Cooldown
The cooldown for the Insignia of the Horde is 5 minutes for all classes.
Upgrade
There is an upgraded version, the Medallion of the Horde, which has Resilience and only a 2-minute cooldown.
Changelog
- Patch 2.1 - "Insignia of the Alliance/Horde and Medallion of the Alliance/Horde now remove Fear, Stun and Slowing effects and no longer remove Charm and Polymorph effects."
- Patch 2.1.2 - "PvP Trinkets: Insignia of the Alliance, Insignia of the Horde, Medallion of the Alliance, and Medallion of the Horde have all been redesigned. The trinkets for all classes now have the same effect: Dispels all movement impairing effects and all effects which cause loss of control of your character. "
