Falthir the Sightless

Falthir the Sightless is a level 60 quest giver located on Yojamba Isle in the contested territory of Stranglethorn Vale. He is a member of the Zandalar Tribe. Hunters, and rogues can turn in Paragons of Power to Falthir in exchange for special armor made by the tribe.
