The Fanblade Pauldrons drop from Shirrak the Dead Watcher from the Auchenai Crypts in Heroic difficulty only. They have excellent tanking stats.
Uses the Pauldrons of Wrath model, but colored with a light teal. See the rest of the recolored Wrath set.
