Fayin Whisperleaf is a level 71 grand master herbalism trainer located in Valgarde in Howling Fjord.

He's found to the right of the entrance to the Inn, not with the other trainers near the flight point. He's back a little and easy to miss. ^{[58.77, 63.01]}
