Fel Gland is dropped from wildlife throughout Shadowmoon Valley, excluding the creatures on Netherwing Ledge. The glands are a reagent for [Yarzill's Mutton], used to poison Dragonmaw Peons on Netherwing Ledge for the daily quest  [70 Daily] A Slow Death, which rewards 250 reputation with Netherwing.
