Fel Iron Chain

The Fel Iron Chain set is one of the first craftable mail armor sets available in The Burning Crusade. The entire set requires a blacksmithing skill of 320 and a level of 63, but some items can be crafted as low as 300 skill and worn at level 60. The only mats required to craft the set are 24 [Fel Iron Bar].

The low material costs for the set means that it is commonly used by Blacksmiths to level their skill, and it's pieces can often be acquired cheaply from the Auction House.

This set is aimed at Shaman and Hunters, providing them with boosts to Intellect, Stamina and Attack Power, as well as Critical Strike and Mana Per 5 set bonuses.
