Fel Rock is a now corrupted cave in Teldrassil. This once beautiful cave is located just north of Dolanaar and is infested with many grells. It is also home to the vicious satyr Lord Melenas. The night elf druid Tallonkai Swiftroot sends alliance players into this foreboding cave to destroy Lord Melenas during the quest  [7] Twisted Hatred. And one of the members of the Council of the Forest sends you into Fel Rock to kill grellkin with [Ireroot Seeds] for the quest  [7] Nature's Reprisal.
