Felblood Snapper is a fish that is caught from the green lava in Shadowmoon Valley or the Pools of Aggonar in Hellfire Peninsula - it is a gray item and has no current use other than as pet food. It was rumored to be used in a future Alchemy recipe. However since Blizzard changed the item quality from common to poor the rumor seems to be just a wild guess.
