Felcular <Champion of Razelikh> is a level 60 felguard summoned by Razelikh in the Blasted Lands.
Combat
Razelikh will summon Felcular early in a battle (later he will also summon Ilifar). It is a good idea to focus damage on him as soon as he is summoned.
It's also possible that Ilifar is summoned at 2/3 of Razelikh's HP left, and Felcular at 10% left.
