Felix Whindlebolt is a level 5 Gnome quest giver located in Anvilmar at the dwarven starting zone of Dun Morogh.
Felix is a refugee from Gnomeregan and has fled the radiation all the way to Anvilmar. Along the way his sole possesions have switched hands and now belong to the Frostmane Trolls. Whindlebolt entices adventurers with soft hearts to help him get his things back and in turn becoming his "savior".
He starts the quest 
[3] A Refugee's Quandary in which adventurers must travel to the Frostmane camps outside their cave and retrieve Felix's Box, Felix's Chest and Felix's Bucket of Bolts.
