Feral Instinct Increases threat caused in bear forms by X and reduces the chance enemies have to detect you while Prowling. It is a passive Feral Combat talent, always in effect.

Notes
The threat increase is additive with Bear Form's threat modifier.
For a Druid who wishes to tank NPCs, Feral Instinct provides a threat increase that makes this task easier to manage. 3/3 Feral Instinct increases Bear Form to a 145% threat modifier on actions.
The stealth increase in Cat Form is beneficial for sneaking past higher-level opponents, and can be very useful in PvP.
