Twice a year, at midsummer and midwinter, Lakeshire holds the Festival of the Lake. In the summer, people fish and swim, while in the winter they ice fish and skate. Like all good festivals, they serve a fine ale during these times. In the winter, they serve hot wine, which the high elves and half-elves seem to like.^[1]
