Ziz Fizziks is a goblin quest giver who was originally located in a hut in southwestern Windshear Crag in the Stonetalon Mountains. He used to be a member of the Venture Company, but became so angry when the company hired the gnome Gerenzo Wrenchwhistle that he asked Sputtervalve to find him new employment with the Tinkers' Union instead.[1] Sputtervalve set Ziz on a few tasks to prove his loyalty to the Union—including stealing the blueprints to the Venture Company's Super Reaper 6000 and later eliminating Gerenzo himself on behalf of Director Riddlevox—and sent adventurers to help him.[1][2][3] After adventurers helped Ziz complete his tests, he hoped that Sputtervalve would assign him to one of the Tinkers' Union workshops in Gadgetzan or Undermine.[4] He later disappeared from Stonetalon following the Cataclysm.
Ziz is now located on the northern part of Duskfall Island in Talador along with some Laboring Oafs and the malfunctioning Pleasure-Bot 8000, which he asks Horde adventurers to help him repair. After the robot is restarted and chooses the adventurer as its new owner, Ziz runs off in frustration and disappears, declaring that the adventurer can have the robot.[5]
