The Firework Launcher is created by Engineers with a skill level of 225.

The components are:

• 1 Inlaid Mithril Cylinder
• 1 Goblin Rocket Fuel
• 1 Unstable Trigger
• 1 Mithril Casing

The Firework Launcher schematic can be obtained by turning in Coins of Ancestry at the Lunar Festival.

Notes

The Firework Launcher can be placed anywhere "outdoors" (i.e. not in instances or buildings).
