Hapana is Dread Captain DeMeza's first mate.
He doesn't talk, but is shown to have a tattoo on his arm. The tattoo is a heart with an arrow through it and seems to be about Magatha Grimtotem. He may be her long lost mate that disappeared in a unforeseen climbing accident.
