First Mate Masker is second-in-command of the Maiden's Fancy, the boat that runs between Ratchet and Booty Bay. If you're wondering why he's wearing an eye patch over his right eye, keep wondering cause he's too embarrassed to talk about it. Rumor has it that he was trying to get Bosun Thunderhorn up once, but he doesn't anymore.
