The Flamewrought Key is required to access Heroic mode for Hellfire Citadel instances (Hellfire Ramparts, Blood Furnace and Shattered Halls). These are the only heroic keys that are granted by Alliance or Horde affiliated factions.
The Flamewrought Key is sold by Logistics Officer Ulrike (Alliance) and Quartermaster Urgronn (Horde) for 10, and requires Revered reputation with Honor Hold and Thrallmar, respectively.
