This item was sold by Shady Dealers and Poison vendors, but was sometimes also obtained via pickpocketing.

NotesEdit

If your character already had Flash Powder prior to the patch, the Flash Powder was not removed from your inventory. They are now poor quality junk items, but can be sold to a vendor or kept as roleplay items.

Patch changesEdit

• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Vanish no longer requires the reagent Flash Powder. The quality of the Flash Powder items changed from common to poor. 
  
• Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-20): Stacks by up to 20. 
  
• Patch 1.8.0 (2005-10-10): The icon for Flash Powder has been changed.
