This item replaced Flask of Arcane Fortification in patch 2.2
Flask of Blinding Light is a consumable that increases the player's spell damage from Arcane, Nature, and Holy spells by up to 80 for 2 hours. It is created by alchemists with a skill level higher than 300. The components are:
- 7 Netherbloom
- 3 Mana Thistle
- 1 Fel Lotus
- 1 Imbued Vial
The recipe is discovered while making other potions. When you make potions you have a small chance of learning new flask recipes.
