The components are:
- 7 Dreamfoils
- 3 Icecaps
- 1 Black Lotus
- 1 Crystal Vial
The recipe is available:
- as a rare drop from Balnazzar in Stratholme,
- from the Cenarion Expedition quartermaster at exalted reputation
Notes
- The effect lasts through death.
- Cannot be dispelled.
- As of patch 3.0.8, this no longer requires an Alchemy Lab to create.
- As Intellect increases the amount of mana regenerated per point of Spirit, Priests and Druids can sometimes get a larger net benefit from this flask than with a Flask of Mighty Restoration.
- Unlike other caster flasks, this flask will gain a benefit from Blessing of Kings.
