Since Flask of Oil is needed for probably one of the best engineer items (Goblin Jumper Cables) you won't be able to find it in AH always, you should farm for it:
The best area for Horde is the north east of The Barrens from the Venture Co. Overseers. They are probably the easiest and best drop percentage you can find for it.
For the Alliance, the best bet are probably the Harvest Watchers in Westfall.
