Flayed Doomguard Belt is an epic leather belt that is no longer obtainable in the game.

This item dropped from Lord Kazzak in the Blasted Lands, prior to Patch 2.0.3, and then, during the Dark Portal Opens event, from Highlord Kruul (who had the same loot table). Now, however, it is unobtainable.
