Flesh giants would appear to be the next step up from the common abomination. A horrific combination of flesh and machine, they just recently appeared for the first time in the halls of Naxxramas.
The name "flesh giant" is taken from the game files as no other name is known.

In Wrath of the Lich King
Flesh Giants are currently one of the unavailable beasts in the Wrath of the Lich King Bestiary. It is unknown if these are the same Flesh Giants or not.
