Notes
Flurry increases your attack speed for the next 3 swings after you land a critical strike. It is useful for high crit builds as the constant swings combined with a high rate of crits will allow Flurry to be maintained for a large portion of a fight, resulting in significantly increased DPS.
If you do not use up all 3 swings of Flurry within 12 seconds, it will fade. This fairly long duration means that if you end a fight with a crit, you can easily start fighting a nearby mob and use your Flurry on it. Instant attacks will not be affected by Flurry.
Flurry will consume charges regardless of whether your attack hits, misses, or is dodged/parried/blocked. Critting during a Flurry will result in giving you a fresh set of 3 charges.
If you use two weapons with the exact same attack speed, the game cannot differentiate between when the two weapons hit. This means that you effectively get four hastened swings from Flurry, as your fourth hit will land at the same time as the hit that causes the Flurry buff to expire.
