Focused Aim is a Hunter talent in the Marksmanship tree that reduces pushback suffered while casting Steady Shot and increases your change to hit with ranged weapons. The hit chance increase is the most significant part of the talent, and it is very useful in both PvE and PvP, especially while leveling as there are very few other ways to increase your hit chance at lower levels.

Notes
Edit
The additional hit chance stacks with hit chance gained from hit rating, the draenei racial Heroic Presence, and all other hit chance affecting effect. It is possible to reduce your chance to miss to 0% if you have enough additional chance to hit, at which point any surplus hit is wasted. Because of this, Focused Aim has limited value for hunters who have a lot of hit rating on their gear, as they are likely to reach the point where they cannot miss even without this talent (see hit cap for more information).
