Foreman Oslow is a level 20 quest giver located near the bridge in Lakeshire, in the human-aligned territory of Redridge Mountains. His tools were being delivered from Goldshire on a wagon, but then the orcs destroyed the Everstill bridge and the tools were put on a boat to cross the lake to Lakeshire. Unfortunately, a catapult hit the boat and Oslow's Toolbox sank to the bottom of the lake. Foreman Oslow is eager to retrieve them. He also wants to have the bridge repaired as quickly as possible, but he is running low on supplies, and his latest shipment of material was stolen by the gnolls.

He starts the following quests:

•  [16] The Lost Tools
•  [20] The Everstill Bridge
•  [24] Rethban Ore

He ends the quest  [24] Ink Supplies
