Forged Documents learned at level 500 in Inscription, has a "reset at midnight" cooldown, and starts a quest that can be turn into several NPCs for Alliance around Stormwind City (mostly in the Trade District) or for Horde in Orgrimmar. It costs 1x [Resilient Parchment] and 3x [Blackfallow Ink].
