Forlorn Ridge

The Forlorn Ridge is a huge long-dead volcano located in southwestern Azshara. It completely dominates the nearby landscape, and both the Alliance and the Horde have built fortifications on the side of the mountain. Many believe it to be the site of the "lost" battleground, Azshara Crater.

World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
At BlizzCon 2009, it was said Azshara will be the goblin 10-20 starting zone. This subzone will be turned into a strip mine/quarry by the playable goblins. Azshara Crater will likely never be. Metzen called this subzone "Azshara Crater" confirming the connection.
