This is an extremely rare Enchanting recipe. Due to few people playing at the 36-40 level, this recipe is not found very frequently. It is a World drop, however the most success in farming this is from Scarlet Monastery. Run in, loot the chests, run out and reset, the chances of it dropping are still VERY low, even here.

Dedicated collectors will pay large sums of gold for this recipe.
