It was stated very clearly in the Forum messages that Cho'gall would not be the final surprise in the Bastion of Twilight raid so I've set this forum page up to hear everyone's ideas about that. Mine is that all of his work in the comic has not gone to waste and a certain Old God will be making his long not awaited return in Cataclysm.
