I have just recently moved to New Zealand and was under the impression that I wouldn't be able to play World Of Warcraft on my european server once I got here; to my surprise I found out I could. I was happy playing on my european account up until the other day when it started to get annoying only being able to go on WOW early in the morning or really late at night if I had any chance of playing with my mates back in England. I have come to the conclusion that I have no other choice but to change to Oceanic. Now I'm stuck with the problem of how to do that! I have read the official WOW site 100 times over and searched Google but I can't seem to find any info on how to change my account. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me out. Is it possible to keep my account but convert it to Oceanic (if so how do I do it) or do I have to make a completely separate account and start all over again? In the case of me having to make a completely new account, can I merge my new account with my Battlenet account or do I need to make a new Battlenet account as well? I'm not sure that even if you pay, you can transfert from EU to Oceanic. Anyway, you will also need to switch your realmlist in Data\YOUR LANGUAGE\realmlist.wtf

Need a new WoW account i'm afraid. You should be able to merge the new WoW account into your existing battle.net account though.

You also need to download the enUS language pack afaik, in order to play with a US account in english. --
