I saw this comment and thought that I'd ask as a forum topic: What amount of automation can be done to link existing pages, or perhaps new pages, on other non-english wikis?

One thought would be: if the foreign wiki has an interwiki link to us, we could add the inverse link (if missing). This would be possible only with an active scan of the foreign wiki.

Another conceivable method, for new pages, would be sending linkage information to ... email, IM, whatever that fishes it out and constructs it.
