I power leveled my mage up to 80 and now Im ready to learn the game. How much of a newbie? Im just learning that my stats should be Hit > Haste > Intel

So now Im looking for good solid advice to learn. Where do I find the cap information for each stat? Where do I find the best 4+ patch build trees? Where do I find the best 4+ patch spell rotation for max dps?

We were all newbies once and I hope that you can appreciate the position and be willing to help!
