So...does anyone know the lore of the Strand of the Ancients? It's the only battleground that's completely without a story. Even the Isle of Conquest explains itself and justifies its own existence, but whats the deal with the Strand? Are the Forsaken involved? The Explorer's League? Who's fighting for ownership of a beach that has no location? Just a curiosity...--We're all mad here. I'm mad, you're mad. (talk) 06:58, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Players are after the Titan Relic. Same as Wintergrasp. I read somewhere that it is a titan database that will help with each faction's respective war effort, but I can not find it. It does something.-- 16:31, April 20, 2010 (UTC)
Eye of the Storm at least had the concept of draenei vs. Blood Elves. Every other battleground has two factions opposing each other. Some story, no matter how tiny that goes beyond "Capture the relic". Also, Eye takes place in Netherstorm...at least we have a location lol.
Well, we know that it is a Titan Facility, and that is off the Southern Coast of Northrend, as it was once linked to Ulduar via the now broken Path of the Titans that stretches from Ulduar, through Storm Peaks, Crystal Song Forest, and can be followed out to sea in the southern reaches of Dragon Blight.NocturnalAbyss (talk) 00:17, April 25, 2010 (UTC)
